1. Eligibility:

The “12 Days of Business Competition” is open to legal residents of the Yorkshire & Humber region, aged 18 and over. Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of Y&H Business involved in the competition, are not eligible to participate.

By entering the competition, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Entry Period:

The competition will run from 1st December to 12th December. Answers will need to be submitted no later than the 17th December.

3. How to Enter:

To participate, follow the instructions provided in the competition details, including scanning the provided QR code, engaging in the augmented reality experience, and accurately answering the provided clues. Each participant is allowed one entry only.

All entries must be submitted by the 17th December deadline.

4. Prizes:

The primary prize for the competition is a cash prize of £250 with additional bonus prizes awarded to one lucky winner. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Y&H Business reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection:

Winners will be determined based on the accuracy and timeliness of their answers to the 12 clues.The decisions of the judges or organizers are final and binding.

The winner will be notified via email or other provided contact details.

6. Prize Claim:

The winner if local to Hull will be able to collect their prize at the Edge Hub in Hull during the week commencing 20th Dec. Failure to claim the prize within the specified period will result in disqualification.

7. Privacy:

Any personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.

Participants may be required to provide additional information for prize delivery if required.

8. Changes and Amendments:

Y&H Business reserves the right to make changes to the competition, including these terms and conditions, at its discretion. Y&H Business reserves the right to cancel or suspend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Y&H Business is not responsible for any technical failures, errors, or other issues that may prevent participation or prize claim. By entering the competition, participants agree to allow Y&H Business to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without any additional compensation.
