After years of gaining experience in various corporate positions, working with finance, and achieving a degree in Business Management, Hayley realised she could give back to others and help businesses run more efficiently.

This is precisely the impact Hayley has had with Scott Dixon Inc. The Hull-based global business specialises in designing, manufacturing, and supplying bespoke cases for the music industry. Established in 1994, they are the market leader in lightweight, protective cases and cabinets for instruments, band equipment, stage lights and much more.

Despite being a leading and established supplier, Scott Dixon Inc faced some challenges from ill-health, high staff turnover and lack of processes. When COVID-19 hit in 2020, this was the final straw. Hayley worked tirelessly to strip every process back to basics and build back up and streamline. Taking the business’s greatest asset, heritage, and passion, the company has now doubled its turnover in the last six months, and things are improving week by week.
