FigFlex Hull, a centre for flexible office space opened in September 2021 at the refurbished Cherry Tree Court, 36 Ferensway, Hull, HU2 8NH – many locals will remember the building as the old HMRC or Tax Office.

With 14 mixed sized private offices, 2 x 4 person meeting rooms, and a 12-person board room, we have been busy beyond our expectations over the last year or so.

Together with a large open plan communal break out area, fully functioning kitchen including fridge/freezer, 2 microwave ovens, and a Zip instant boiling/chilled filtered water tap, we have everything you need to feel at home.

Cherry Tree Court – owned by First Investments Real Estate (FI-REM) – has Hull Trains occupying the ground floor South Wing, with FigFlex occupying the newly refurbished North Wing offering up 23,000sq ft of Grade A office space.
